i-CAM is a revolutionary new Windows and Web-based application which automates and streamlines all aspects of rental office activities. Whether your properties are conventional or require compliance reporting, i-CAM’s easy-to use graphical interface simplifies daily tasks such as rent collection, banking, compliance, maintenance, traffic, waiting list, and unit leasing activities. Reports are clear and easy to understand, with detailed line-item accuracy which supports higher level journal summary accounting reports.

i-CAM was developed to take advantage of the Internet, but unlike most Web-based products, i-CAM will also operate in a "stand-alone" environment. All i-CAM modules allow the user to e-mail reports, forms and notices with a single click.
