i-CAM FAQ

What are the hardware and software requirements?

- Storage Space of at least 300MB for i-CAM installation
- Operating systems supported are XP and Windows 2000
(drivers for other client/base applications will be available in the future)
- Other Application Requirements
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
- Firebird 1.5 (included on installation)
- Borland BDE (included)
- Hardware (Stand Alone and Server)
- Pentium III MHz CPU minimum or higher
- 512 MB RAM minimum or higher
- Hardware (other)
- CD-ROM drive
- SVGA Monitor (800x600) minimum—1024x768 recommended
- Mouse or other pointing device
- Any internal or external modem, printer or network card supported by the operating systems listed above, as well as included on Microsoft's Hardware compatibility lists.

What is the name of the i-CAM database file?
- iCAM.GDB unless as part of your setup the name given was different. In i-CAM go to Setup-System Setup and your data path will be clearly identified there.

What is the name of my backup file?
- The name of the back up follows the naming convention of YYMMDDxxxx.ibk. YY is the year; MM is the month; DD is the day the back up occurred; xxxx is a system generated random "id" unless a different name was given at set up.

Can I convert my CAM II data into i-CAM?
- Yes. Contact TCGT for more information.
